Join Certified Clinical Counsellors, Albert Seinen and John Woychuk for an evidence based and proven 8-week Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program designed for adults with ADHD.

This program is proven to help ADHDers harness their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Program Overview


This evidence-based CBT program is structured to address the core issues faced by adults with ADHD. Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll participate in interactive sessions that provide practical tools and strategies to improve your daily functioning and overall quality of life. Our program is designed to tackle many of the frustrations and challenges that adults with ADHD face daily, such as: inefficiency and disorganization; difficulty completing tasks; time management issues; forgetfulness and indecisiveness; perfectionism and prioritizing.

Program Structure


Group Therapy Sessions: Attend in-person 8 weekly group sessions, each lasting 120 minutes, led by two certified clinical counsellors. Each group consists of 8-10 participants.

Take Home Assignments: Engage in practical exercises and assignments to reinforce the skills learned in each session.

Supportive Community: Connect with fellow participants for mutual support, encouragement, and accountability.

Feedback: Receive feedback from facilitators and group members to inform your growth and unique challenges.

Our Approach


Our CBT program uses a set of highly structured interventions to address the root causes of ADHD symptoms:

Skills Training: Learn explicit skills to compensate for deficits in executive functions.

Motivation Techniques: Use deliberate reinforcement to boost your motivation and drive.
Positive Habits: Remember simple mantras and practice them regularly to form positive habits.

Take Home Exercises: Start with small exercises that grow into more complex activities.

Group Support: Benefit from social reinforcement of positive changes through the group dynamic.

Self-Awareness: Recognize and counter negative self-statements that interfere with your progress.

Start Date: Thursday, October 3rd, 2024

Mode: In-Person in Duncan, British Columbia
Duration: Thursday evenings for 8 weeks; October 3rd - December 5th, 2024 *(excluding Oct 31 and Nov 14)
Location: Duncan, BC
Cost: $299 ($37.37 per 2 hour session)

Participant Requirements: All participants have an ADHD diagnosis, complete a brief intake form and interview to determine suitability for the program.
